Primary Job Responsibilities

• Ability to learn new accounting system
• Adapt to Customer Billing platforms
• Process accounts receivable and settlements in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Generate invoices and account statements
• Perform account reconciliations
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records
• Produce monthly financial reports
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, irregularities, or enquiries
• Capture cost for Time and Material Invoicing
• Communicate with customers to request and arrange payments
• Record and track payments in databases
• Update customer accounts based on payment or contact information
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Ensure database of customers and locations is correct

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi task and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proven experience in a role with strong emphasis on verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Data entry skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous work experience in administration, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, or other relevant environment preferred
• Hours 8am-5pm, flexibility for additional hours as work dictates

You will be responsible for layout, design, and CAD renderings of life safety protection systems and related projects. You will be responsible for providing code compliant, value-engineered solutions in alignment with our customers’ requirements.

You will work and collaborate with our Engineering, Operations and Sales teams to accelerate through the project work cycle from bid to closeout.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in BOTH HydraCAD and AutoCAD software platforms
• Self-motivated: natural tendency to take additional actions to complete the task
• Experience with both hydraulic calculations and stocklisting
• Min. of 1 year of experience in layout / design of fire sprinkler systems
• NICET I or II in water-based system layout
• BIM proficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Clean driving record
• Must pass company driving course and test

This role is a field position with limited office responsibilities. You will be supported by an administrative and engineering team and provided the latest IT devices and programs in support of your daily activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A clear understanding of NFPA Industry Standards, 13, 25, 20, 24.
• An expert knowledge of all sprinkler systems, backflow assemblies, fire pumps, fire hydrants and underground.
• Backflow Certification for testing and service
• Fire Hydrant and underground repairs
• Dry system & Pre-Action System repairs
• Knowledge of water tanks
• An enthusiasm to research, learn, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems.
• An enthusiasm and ability to respond to off-hours work & emergencies.
• An enjoyment for training team members and educating clients
• A familiarity of fire alarm systems
• Residency within 30 minutes of New Brunswick Area
• Hours 8am-5pm, flexibility for additional hours as work dictates
• Validate State Driver’s license and good driving record
